How the Partner Program Works

Step 1 — Register as a Partner
Complete the partner registration and receive access to the MyRemembrance Partner Portal. -

Step 2 — Maintain a Small Inventory
Partners keep a small inventory of Remembrance Key gravesite medallions so they can provide them to families immediately when needed. -

Step 3 — Provide the Medallion to the Family
When a family chooses a Remembrance Key, the partner provides one of the medallions from inventory. -

Step 4 — Register the Medallion in the Partner Portal
The partner logs into the portal and records that the medallion has been distributed. This updates inventory and associates the unique QR code with the family who received it. The family later completes the memorial registration and activation when they are ready to build their tribute page.
