What we mean when we say “Our Forever Guarantee” :

- QR Code embedded through laser technology for permanent marking
- ICANN maximum ten-year license; domain renews 03/2035
- Domain registration extended annually up to the maximum 10-year license period
- Trust is funded annually to ensure the website hosting service and domain remain viable for years to come
“Forever Guarantee” is a statement regarding intent as opposed to a legal guarantee.
While our legal agreement dictated by is specifically outlined in our Terms & Conditions, our intention is to keep the QR Code and Content Hosting active in perpetuity.
What if MyRemembrance goes out of business?
That’s certainly not our plan! Rest assured that your precious memories documented on MyRemembrance and accessible through a static QR Code have the following protections:
- Stainless steel medallion with enhanced rust protection
- QR Code embedded through laser technology for permanent marking
- ICANN domain name registration extended annually up to the maximum term of 10 years
- Non-profit Foundation Trust owns the service-provider hosting agreement for the MyRemembrance website
- The Trust is intended to maintain website hosting for the MyRemembrance URL in perpetuity
While our “Forever Guarantee” is a statement of intent and not intended as a legal guarantee, we have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure that MyRemembrance will continue to serve as a tribute to our loved ones well into the future. Please note that the MyRemembrance legal warranty and guarantee is limited as documented within the terms and conditions of the customer agreement.
